Lindi shrugged and dropped her gaze down to the floor. "I don't know, I feel like I owe it to her. Besides, I wouldn't have this job if it weren't for her. I think she just wants the best for me," she replied, smiling weakly. She loved her parents, but sometimes she felt like what she wanted didn't matter. At his last comment, she laughed softly and murmured, "Well, at least I know I would have one customer." A slow grin slipped onto her face when he agreed to the idea. "Great, I would say something like, 'how about tomorrow' but I honestly don't know when we will be getting out of here."
